YOGURT



Did you know that there are more bacteria in our body than human cells. 500 different species of bacteria are found in digestive tract alone. Majority of intestinal organism are beneficial. They strengthen our immunity and digest lactose. It also assist in the absorption of nutrients and generally digestive health. There are some intestinal bacteria along with organisms in the vagina and urinary tract, can cause all sorts of problems, which is why keeping live yogurt on hand is a good idea.
Yogurt is milk to which cultures of bacteria are added. Live bacteria  is the one that’ brimming with health benefits.  Organisms such as Lactobacillus bulgaricus- collectively known as probiotics.  It protects your body from harmful bacteria. Some bacteria in yogurt produce acids that kill other bacteria, including the germs that cause botulism, among other ailments.
Not all yogurt found in supermarkets are beneficial. Look for the word live, active or bio on the label, to ensure that the yogurt is with beneficial bacteria.
So start adding this probiotic ones that will boost your immunity into your meal.

LEMON

Lemon are an extraordinarily rich source of healing chemical compounds that improve immunity, strengthen blood vessels, help skin to heal and even help cell in protecting itself against cancer. It does not only combats smells coming from too much sweating if you are going to rub it on armpits. It  whitens the skin caused by using too much deodorants by rubbing the peel on the dark skin. A drop of lemon with honey added to hot water is good for sore throat. It is also vital ingredients when it comes to making homemade cough mixture.

Never underestimate the power of Vitamin C found in Lemon. It can cure loads of bad chemicals we take in every time we eat food.  If the doctor have a sense to a motto of " An apple a day keeps the doctor away." surely a drop of lemon has something to say. It keeps the cancer away.
